Who we are

What this notice covers
The contact form and the technical operation of this site. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles. If we later enable privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible), it collects no cookies and no personal data.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, kept in localStorage under the key 24design-theme — it never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser at any time.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served as static files from Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect the site (such as your IP address in request logs) as our processor; we do not use these logs to identify visitors. See Cloudflare’s own privacy policy for details.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, agency name, email address, prototype link and message you type into it. Nothing else is collected — there is no hidden tracking field. The form contains one invisible anti-spam field that real visitors never fill in.
Why we may process it
To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work you ordered. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, once you order, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, we keep the correspondence for as long as accounting law requires us to keep the related invoices.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and the service that receives the form submission, acting as processors on our behalf. We never pass your details — or your clients’ details — to anyone else, and we never contact your clients.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for deletion, and you can object to our processing at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
