Who we are

What this notice covers
The contact form, site traffic and the technical operation of this site. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, kept in localStorage under the key 24design-theme — it never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser at any time. The spam protection on the contact form is the one exception, described below.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served as static files from our own server, reached through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect the site (such as your IP address in request logs) as our processor; we do not use these logs to identify visitors. See Cloudflare’s own privacy policy for details.
Traffic analytics
We measure traffic with Umami (Umami Software, Inc.) acting as our processor. Umami sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and creates no identifier that would follow you across sites or between visits. Your IP address and browser details are turned, on the server, into an anonymous value that changes daily and only serves to tell visits apart; we do not store the IP address itself. That is why we do not ask for consent for this measurement — the legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages people find useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time at [email protected].
Spam protection on the contact form
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person rather than a script. To do that, Turnstile loads a small script from Cloudflare and processes technical signals from your browser, including your IP address, and may store a short-lived token in your browser for the duration of the check. It does not track you across websites and is not used for advertising. Cloudflare acts as our processor here as well.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, agency name, email address, prototype link and message you type into it, plus your IP address, which we use only to rate-limit abuse and which is included in the notification we receive. Nothing else is collected — there is no hidden tracking field. The form contains one invisible anti-spam field that real visitors never fill in.
Why we may process it
To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work you ordered. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, once you order, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, we keep the correspondence for as long as accounting law requires us to keep the related invoices.
Who else sees it
The form submission is handled by our own server and delivered by Google Workspace, our email provider. Beyond that: Cloudflare (site delivery and form protection) and Umami (traffic analytics) — all acting as processors on our behalf. We never pass your details — or your clients’ details — to anyone else, and we never contact your clients. Cloudflare, Google and Umami are US-based companies; transfers outside the EU rest on their standard contractual clauses or their EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for deletion, and you can object to our processing at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
